CoinPoker Splash Pots: Random Cash Drops up to 1,000 BB
Splash Pots are random cash drops at CoinPoker cash tables: a golden chest appears, money is added to the pot and everyone dealt into the hand gets a share. Below we explain where that money comes from, which stakes get the bigger Infused splashes and what the feature really means for your results.
What Splash Pots are
A Splash Pot is an ordinary hand of poker with extra money in it. At a random moment a golden chest shows up on the table, a sum is dropped into the hand and play continues under the usual rules. The winner of the hand takes the larger share, and the other players dealt in receive theirs on their balance.
Splash Pots run on real-money NLH, PLO, All-In or Fold, Bomb Pot and heads-up cash tables up to $25/$50. Tournaments do not have them, and private tables are excluded unless stated otherwise.

Where the money comes from
Regular Splash Pots are zero-sum. Each eligible hand pays a splash fee of 0.1 BB per pot, not per player, including hands that end preflop. All of it goes to the Splash Pool, and CoinPoker says it keeps none of that fee.
Infused Splash Pots are the CoinRewards part: the room adds its own money to the pool, which makes splashes bigger and more frequent. At micro stakes, $0.01/$0.02 and $0.02/$0.05, the fee is not taken at all, so every splash there is infused.
This shapes expectations. Above micro stakes, splashes mostly hand back money the players at the table have already paid in fees.
Splash sizes and triggers
A certified random number generator decides both when a splash happens and how big it is. Drops start at 2 BB; Regular splashes go up to 49 BB, while Mega Splashes of 50 to 1,000 BB come with the infused micro stakes.
There is no schedule and no guaranteed frequency. The more hands you are dealt, the more splashes you will see, so multi-tabling raises your chances, but it also raises the fees you pay.
One detail: if an all-in player uses EV Cashout, the splash money is part of the pot, so the cashout percentage applies to it as well.
Terms worth knowing
Only players dealt into the hand when a splash triggers get a share; sitting out does not count. The non-winners’ portion is divided evenly between them, and the room can withhold rewards from anyone involved in collusion or other abuse.
Details have shifted during 2026: coverage from mid-2026 described infused drops at tables up to $0.25/$0.50, while the current terms limit them to $0.02/$0.05. Check the promotions page or the client for the version in force.
Balances are kept in USDT. If you top up with a volatile coin, remember that its dollar value can move before you deposit and after you withdraw.
Compared with jackpots at other rooms
Most rooms reward luck through rare-hand jackpots or random multipliers. GGPoker has the Bad Beat Jackpot and All-In Fortune, WPT Global pays a High Hand Jackpot for quads or better, and PokerStars Spin & Go, 888poker BLAST and Winamax Expresso draw prize pools of thousands of times the buy-in.
Splash Pots work the other way round: smaller drops that happen often, and everyone in the hand gets something. You will not land a life-changing sum, but you also do not need a rare hand to benefit.
Funded by a per-hand fee, the regular version is closer to redistribution than to a bonus; genuine extra value comes from the infused micro stakes.
Who it suits and tips
Splash Pots add the most for micro-stakes players, who pay no splash fee and can catch infused Mega Splashes. Higher up they mainly reshuffle money and add variance, which some players enjoy and others would rather avoid.
Do not rebuild your strategy because a chest appears. A bigger pot can justify slightly wider calls, but the hand is still decided by cards and decisions. Keep sessions within limits you set in advance; random drops are entertainment, not a reason to play longer than planned.
