X-Poker Deposits and Withdrawals

X-Poker has no built-in cashier: the app runs on club chips, and real money moves through an agent. The in-app store only sells diamonds and shop items for money — you can’t buy club chips there. This is the main difference between club poker and licensed poker rooms, and the main area of risk. Below is how deposits and withdrawals work and how to avoid losing money.

How to make a deposit

  1. Message the agent with the deposit amount and your preferred payment method. Confirm the chip rate and any fee.
  2. Get the payment details and send the money. Keep the receipt or transaction hash — it’s your proof of payment.
  3. The agent credits chips to your club balance — usually within a few minutes. Check your balance in the club lobby.

Payment methods

CryptoMost often USDT. Fast and bank-free, but transfers can’t be reversed — double-check the address and network.
Bank transferConvenient, but banks sometimes block such transfers. Ask the agent which banks they accept.
E-walletsDepends on the club and country: local e-wallets are popular in Asian clubs.

Chip rate: what you’re really playing for

Chips in X-Poker have no value on their own — the club sets it. A 1:1 rate means one chip equals one dollar: a 1/2 table means $1/$2 blinds. But Asian clubs often count in local currency or use a different rate. Confirm the rate before your first table, or you can easily end up at stakes several times higher than you’re used to.

How to withdraw money

  1. Leave the tables: your chips must be on your balance, not on a table. Message the agent the amount and your payment details.
  2. The agent deducts the chips from your balance — check that it went down by the right amount.

  3. The money arrives via your chosen method. In decent clubs it takes from a few minutes to 24 hours.

What to ask the agent in advance

QuestionA normal answer
What is the chip rateA specific number and currency
How fast do you pay outWithin the day; large amounts — up to 24–48 hours
Is there a minimum withdrawalA specific number, usually small
Who pays the network or bank feeAgreed in advance, no surprises
Is there a weekly withdrawal limitNo, or it’s clear and written in the rules

If the agent won’t pay out

  • Message the club manager or owner — the agent works under them.
  • If the club is in a union, contact the union administration: some offer a deposit guarantee.
  • Keep your chat history, receipts and balance screenshots.
  • Leave a review of the club — it will warn other players. Step by step: what to do if you’ve been scammed.
X-Poker doesn’t resolve disputes with agents: money moves outside the app. Choose a club with a payout history and don’t keep more on your balance than you’re willing to risk. A detailed breakdown: deposits and withdrawals in poker apps.
Can I play X-Poker for real money?
Officially, X-Poker runs on play chips, but in clubs they have real value: deposits and withdrawals go through an agent. There is no cashier inside the app.
Can I buy chips with diamonds?
No. Diamonds are the in-app store currency, and club chips are issued only by an agent.
How long does a withdrawal take?
In verified clubs — from a few minutes to 24 hours. If the agent drags it out longer without explanation, that’s a warning sign.
