PPPoker Deposits and Withdrawals
PPPoker has no built-in cashier for players: club chips aren’t sold in the app, and real money passes through the club agent. That’s the main difference between club poker and rooms like GGPoker or PokerStars — and the main risk zone. Below: how deposits and withdrawals work, which payment methods exist and how not to lose money.

How to deposit
- Message the agent the deposit amount and your preferred payment method. Ask about the chip rate and any fee.
- Get the payment details and send the money. A verified agent works through an escrow service or accepts payment after delivery. Keep the receipt or transaction hash.
- Chips arrive on your club balance through the club Counter — usually within minutes. Your balance is shown in the club lobby.
How the club credits and debits chips

Inside the app a deposit is a chip send-out in the club’s Counter tab: the owner or a manager picks the player and sends chips, which appear on the balance at once. A withdrawal is a claim-back: chips are taken from your balance back to the Counter. Chips come from the club’s balance (PP chips, the green “P” coin), which the club tops up for diamonds. On every chip send-out the app charges the club 5% — ask the agent whether the club factors this fee into its rate or terms. More: roles and the club Counter.
Payment methods
Chip rate: what money you’re actually playing for
PPPoker chips have no price of their own — the club sets it. At 1:1 a chip equals a dollar and a 1/2 table means $1/$2 blinds. But the rate can differ or be in another currency. Check the rate before your first table, or it’s easy to sit at stakes many times higher than usual. And don’t confuse club chips with shared-lobby coins — coins can’t be cashed out.
How to withdraw
- Leave the table — the chips must be on your club balance. Message the agent the withdrawal amount and your payment details.
- The chips are claimed back from your balance to the club Counter — you can see it on your balance in the club lobby.
- The money arrives by the chosen method. In normal clubs — from a few minutes to a day.
Timing and fees
| What to ask the agent | A normal answer |
|---|---|
| How fast do you pay out | Within the day; in good clubs — from 15 minutes to a couple of hours |
| Is there a minimum withdrawal | A specific figure, usually small |
| Who pays the crypto network fee | Agreed before the transfer |
| Does the club factor in the 5% Counter fee | A straight answer: yes — and how, or no |
| Is there a weekly withdrawal limit | No, or a clear one stated up front |
If the agent won’t pay out
- Message the club manager or owner — the agent works under them.
- If the club is in a union, contact the union administration: many guarantee deposits.
- Keep chats, receipts and balance screenshots.
- Don’t send more money “to unlock the withdrawal” — that’s a classic scam.
- Leave a review of the club — it warns other players.
