The agent card: downline, credits, limits and permissions
What you can set for an agent on ClubGG: Downline Management, Agent Statistics, Grant Credits, Grant Ticket, Agent Win/Loss Limit, Agent Permission, Restrict Access for Agent & Downlines and Ban Chat.
Once a member has the Agent role, their card changes: instead of a player’s Player Management block you get the agent settings. With them the owner or a manager controls the agent and their whole line — the players the agent brought into the club (their downline).
The key difference from a player is credit (the blue “C” coin in the card). The club grants the agent credit, and the agent gives their players chips out of it. That’s why limits and permissions matter for agents: they decide how much the club can lose through an agent’s line and what the agent is allowed to do.
This page is an overview of every item. We’ll cover each one separately with screenshots.

The agent card
- 1 — Member Role: Agent — the “A” badge on the avatar.
- 2 — balances: the blue “C” coin is the agent’s credit, the red chip their club chips.
- 3 — Downline Management: the players assigned to the agent; the number is how many. More — Downline Players.
- 4 — Agent Statistics: stats for the agent and their line — see Agent Statistics.
- 5 — Grant Credits: give the agent credit to hand out chips to players — see Grant Credits.
- 6 — Grant Ticket: give the agent a tournament ticket or voucher — same as for a player.
- 7 — Agent Win/Loss Limit: a win and loss stop-limit for the agent’s line — see Win/Loss Limit.
- 8 — Agent Permission: what the agent may do — send out and claim back chips and credit, send tickets; see Agent Permission.

Restrictions for the agent and their line
- 9 — Restrict Access for Agent & Downlines: limit stakes and tournaments for the agent and all their players at once. Works like Restrict Access for a player but covers the whole line — see Restrict Access for Agent.
- 10 — Ban Chat in Club: mute the agent — same as for a player.
Setting up a new agent
- Agree the terms: how much credit, what rakeback, how and when you settle.
- Grant credit (Grant Credits) — no more than you’re prepared to risk.
- Set a win and loss limit (Agent Win/Loss Limit).
- Check permissions (Agent Permission) and restrict the line’s stakes if needed.
