Super agent: agents under an agent and stats for the whole network

How a super agent on ClubGG differs from an agent: not only players but agents (Sub-Agents) are linked to them, and credit, chips and rake are counted across their whole network.

Members → super agent → Member Detail

A Super Agent (SA badge) is an agent above agents. Their card has almost the same settings as a regular agent: downline, stats, credit, tickets, Win/Loss Limit and permissions. There are two differences. First, agents as well as players are linked to a super agent. In the stats they’re called Sub-Agents, and their players Sub-Agent Downlines. Second, a super agent has more rights: they can change roles of members in their network and restrict their access to games.

It forms a tree: the club grants credit to the super agent → the super agent hands credit to their agents and chips to their own players → the agents hand chips to their players. That’s why a super agent’s stats break credit and chips down by level: the super agent, their agents, their direct players and their agents’ players.

Who should be a Super Agent: a partner who recruits agents themselves and answers for them to the club. If someone just brings players, the Agent role is enough.

ClubGG: The super agent card: the Super Agent role and their settings.

The super agent card

  • 1 — Member Role: Super Agent — the “SA” badge on the avatar.
  • 2 — balances: credit (blue “C” coin) and club chips.
  • 3 — Downline Management: their line — see Downline Players.
  • 4 — Super Agent Statistics: stats for the whole network — next screenshot.
  • 5 — Grant Credits: grant credit — as for an agent. The super agent passes credit on to their agents from it.
  • 6 — Grant Ticket: a ticket or voucher — as for a player.
  • 7 — Super Agent Win/Loss Limit: a stop-limit — as for an agent.
  • 8 — Super Agent Permission: permissions — as for an agent. Access restrictions and chat ban are further down the card.
ClubGG: Super Agent Statistics: the network’s agents and players, credit and chips by level.

Super Agent Statistics

  • 9 — Grant Credits: a shortcut to granting credit.
  • 10 — the network: Downlines — the super agent’s direct players, Sub-Agent — agents under them, Sub-Agent Downlines — their agents’ players.
  • 11 — Credits: Super Agent Credits — the super agent’s own credit, Sub-Agents Credits — their agents’, Total Credits — the total.
  • 12 — Chips: chips held by the super agent, their agents, their direct players (SA Downline Chips), their agents’ players (Sub-Agent Downline Chips) and the total.
  • 13 — figures by game and period (Total, Today, Custom): hands, rake (Fee), result — as in agent stats.
ClubGG: Super Agent Permission: agent rights plus Change Member Role and Restrict Access for Table.

Super Agent Permission — two extra rights

  • 14 — the same rights as an agent: send out and claim back chips and credit, send tickets (see Agent Permission).
  • 15 — Change Member Role: the super agent can change roles of members in their network — e.g. make one of their players an agent. Regular agents don’t have this right.
  • 16 — Restrict Access for Table: the super agent can restrict game access for their agents and players themselves — the way you do with Restrict Access.
  • 17 — Confirm: save. If you don’t want the super agent appointing agents or changing limits on their own, turn off 15 and 16.

Managing super agents

  • Total Credits shows how much credit is circulating in the super agent’s network; compare it with what you granted.
  • Fee across the network is the basis for the super agent’s rakeback; how they share it with their agents is usually up to them.
  • Give super agents a Win/Loss Limit — it protects the club across their whole tree.
Super Agent is only for people who really run their own agents: they hold the whole network’s credit.
