Grant Credits: giving an agent credit and taking it back

How to give an agent credit (Send Out) and take it back (Claim Back) on ClubGG: the agent’s credit balance and 30 days of transaction history.

Members → agent → Member Detail → Grant Credits

Credit is the limit an agent hands out chips from. The club gives the agent credit, the agent gives players chips; when players win and cash out, the agent settles with the club. So credit is your risk: give an agent only as much as you’re willing to trust them with.

Granting and reclaiming credit works like sending chips to players: Send Out gives, Claim Back takes back. All transactions from the last 30 days are in the history.

ClubGG: Grant Credit: the agent’s credit balance, Send Out, Claim Back and transaction history.

Grant Credit

  • 1 — Agent Credit Balance: the agent’s current credit.
  • 2 — Claim Back: take credit back from the agent.
  • 3 — Send Out: give the agent credit — enter the amount and confirm.
  • 4 — History: credit transactions from the last 30 days, in the club’s time zone (UTC −6 here).
  • 5 — green arrow and +100: credit returned to the club (Claim Back). On the left — who made the transaction.
  • 6 — red arrow and −100: credit sent to the agent (Send Out).

How much credit to give

  • A new agent — a small limit you can afford to lose if the agent disappears.
  • Raise it after a few weeks of honest settlements.
  • Cap the risk further with Agent Win/Loss Limit — a win and loss limit for the line.
Write the agreed credit limit in the agent’s Note so there’s no argument over numbers a month later.
