ClubGG Deposits and Withdrawals
ClubGG has no built-in cashier: the app runs on club chips, and real money goes through an agent. That’s the main difference between club poker and rooms like GGPoker or PokerStars — and the main risk area. Below is how deposits and cashouts work, which payment methods are common and how to avoid losing money.

How to Deposit
- Message the agent with the deposit amount and your preferred payment method. Ask about the chip rate and any fee.
- Get the payment details and send the money. Keep the receipt or transaction hash — that’s your proof of payment.
- The agent credits chips to your club balance — usually within a few minutes. The balance is shown in the club header.

How the Agent Adds and Removes Chips

Inside the app a deposit is a Send Out: the agent picks you in the list and sends chips, which appear on your balance immediately. A cash-out is a Claim Back: the agent takes the chips, and it shows in the transaction history. Agents give chips out of their credit — a limit granted by the club. If an agent’s credit runs out, they can’t add chips until the club grants more. How it works on the club side — sending chips and agent credit.
Payment Methods
Chip Rate: How Much You’re Really Playing For
ClubGG chips have no value on their own — the club sets it. A 1:1 rate means one chip equals one dollar: a 1/2 table means $1/$2 blinds. But some clubs use a 1:5 rate or a different currency. Check the rate before your first table, or you could easily sit down at stakes several times higher than usual.
How to Cash Out
- Message the agent with the cashout amount and your payment details. The chips must be on your balance, not on a table.
- The agent deducts the chips from your balance — you can see this in the club’s transaction history.

- The money arrives via the chosen method. In decent clubs it takes anywhere from a few minutes to a day.
Timing and Fees
| What to ask the agent | A normal answer |
|---|---|
| How fast do you pay out? | Within the day, large amounts up to 24–48 hours |
| Is there a minimum cashout? | A specific number, usually small |
| Who pays the network fee? | Agreed in advance, no surprises |
| Is there a weekly cashout limit? | No, or it’s clear and written in the rules |
If the Agent Won’t Pay Out
- Contact the club manager or owner — the agent works under them.
- If the club is in a union, contact the union administration: many have a deposit guarantee.
- Keep your chat history, receipts and balance screenshots.
- Leave a review of the club — it will warn other players.
